6. Cancellation

Cancellation Conditions: Orders may be cancelled directly if the request is made within 48 hours of placing the order and the order has not yet been shipped. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you must wait for the logistics delivery to be completed and then contact us to initiate a return and refund.
