Welcome to Mossvibers (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are dedicated to providing you with the best experience when shopping for outdoor furniture sets and outdoor storage. Please read the following terms carefully regarding the shipment of your order.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer shipping services across Australia. We do not support delivery to countries outside of Australia at this time.
Shipping Fees

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders of AUD 70 or more.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than AUD 70, a flat shipping fee of AUD 7.99 will be charged.
Taxes
All taxes and related fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay any additional tax charges upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed before 6:00 PM on business days will begin processing that same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next available business day.
Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. We strive to dispatch items as quickly as possible.
Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated total transit time is 5-15 business days. Please note that rural or remote areas may require additional time for delivery.
Logistics Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. Our primary carriers include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. We may select the most appropriate carrier based on the size of your item and your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment receipt, carrier details, and a tracking number.
You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view real-time updates.
Liability Statement

Product Damage or Loss: If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us before the order is dispatched. Once the item has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to modify the destination or cancel the shipment.

Delivery Address and Responsibility: Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Signing Instructions
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage before signing for the package. If the packaging appears significantly damaged, please note this with the carrier's driver or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. For large outdoor furniture items, we recommend ensuring the number of boxes delivered matches the shipping label.
Split Shipments
Due to the size and weight of outdoor furniture and storage items, your order may be packed in multiple boxes. These boxes might be delivered by the carrier on different days. If you receive a partial delivery, please wait an additional 1-2 business days for the remaining packages to arrive before contacting us.
Unforeseen Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, certain circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier strikes) may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in these instances.
Authority to Leave
For some deliveries, if you are not at home, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package or arrange re-delivery. In some secure locations, carriers may have the authority to leave the package in a safe place. We recommend monitoring your tracking link for the most up-to-date delivery instructions.
